Krav Maga Illinois is an incredible organization for self defense training. The owner Sue and her team have created a nurturing environment, welcoming and supportive but also strictly adherent to the principles of Krav Maga. The instructors are top notch. There is a comradery amongst the staff and the students, and although the classes are exhilarating and will challenge you to improve your fitness, there is always laughter and a light spirit. It appears that at any time, life may become a contact sport. What better way to prepare yourself for that contact than by training at Krav Maga Illinois!
